Please state the buyer name in the transfer title

In connection with the amendment to the Act of July 4, 2019 amending the Act on tax on goods and services, which entered into force on January 1, 2020, we would like to inform you that the seller will be able to issue an invoice to the buyer (VAT payer) only if the receipt will include the buyer’s tax identification number. If there is no NIP number on the fiscal receipt, it will not be possible to issue an invoice to the company data at a later time and it will be issued in the name of the guest. Therefore, we kindly ask you to send information within the next 48 hours whether and to what data the VAT invoice is to be issued.
